Is it worth it to become green?

Yes, it is. Save money, get tax breaks, help the environment, and be recognized in your community.

Is it worth it to spend money on solar panels?

In short, NO! Why? It is too expensive to buy and install. Contradictory? Yes, but if you have a few free Saturdays, then you can make your own panels in no time. Thanks to a video guide and manual I am offering, you can build A+ quality solar panels in your garage, kitchen, or wherever you like.

Is wind power better?

Depends on wind conditions in your area, but if you are located on a hill by a lake or somewhere where wind blows 24/7, the it is better and cheaper. However, wind power is a great addition at low cost to charge your batteries at night or on a clody day.

How about hydro power?

On rare occasion, you will have a creek or river on or near your property, which can be a goldmine because water, if harnessed properly, can produce a lot of power, even for more than one house!

What should I do if I am still unsure?

Well, I am sure that you like free anything, right? Imagine an investment into getting free outdoor lighting at night. How? Build just one of the possible projects, solar, wind, or hydro, and decide for yourself if you want to expand. The cost will be less than $200 and will pay of in couple months.

How big of an investment do I need?

Depends only on YOU. Whether you want to light up the whole house and run the appliances, or just do a small project where you will heat water, run water pump etc. The beauty in green energy is that the supply is infinite, it only depends on how big of a scale you want to run it on.
